PAYING RENT
Regular rental payments are required once your lease has been completed and signed, preferably two weeks in advance. To assist you with this, we offer different payment options for payment:
1. Direct Deposit
2. Eftpos (credit/debit card)
3. Cheque
We unfortunately do not accept cash anymore due to security reasons for our Administration staff.

PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT
It is very important that you return your signed/amended copy of your property condition report to your property manager within 7 days of receiving the report. Please be aware that if it is not returned within this time frame, the original report will be used for the final inspection, regardless of whether you agree to the original report or not

PAYMENT AND LODGEMENT OF YOUR BOND.
Your bond will be lodged with ‘The Bond Administrator’. They will confirm your payment and provide your lodgement number

TENANT CONTENTS INSURANCE
A landlords insurance does not extend to or provide cover for a tenants contents or belongings so it is very important that you arrange your own contents insurance

GETTING CONNECTED
It is a tenant responsibility to ensure you have connected, in your name your utilities such as electricity, gas, phone and internet

CHANGING ADDRESS
Please ensure that you have advised all financial institutions, utility services, licensing bodies and other important organisations of your new address

CONTACT DETAILS
It is a must to provide Stocker Preston with your new contact details once they are available (eg. postal address should it be different to your street address). Please provide these details in writing to your property manager:

KEYS
Should you wish to copy keys, it is important to note that all keys provided at the commencement of the tenancy, as well as any extra copies created during your tenancy period must be returned and signed for. If, for some reason, the locks are changed during the tenancy, you are obligated to provide us with a full new set of keys for property access within two business days.
