Our BUSSELTON office has a Full-Time opportunity for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join its busy team on a 12+ month Maternity Leave contract.  This position will combine assisting our friendly Property Consultants with the listing and sales processes and providing outstanding customer service to clients as the first point of contact.

Essential Skills and ‘Must Have’ qualities:

  • 1 + years Reception / Administration experience,
  • Enthusiasm and flair to provide exceptional customer service,
  • Use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel in a business setting,
  • Experience in database entry (training provided on Company software),
  • Precise attention to detail,
  • Commitment to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm,
  • Must reside within 30 minutes of the Busselton CBD,
  • Contactable work referees.

  • Certificate of WA Sales Registration or ability to gain the certificate within 3 months of starting in the role,
  • WA Drivers Licence and your own transport.
