MARKETING MANAGER

Stocker Preston is the premier Real Estate Agency in the South-West of WA, with its beginnings in the 1950’s and now with regional offices between Bunbury to Augusta.   

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager looking to showcase their creative and strategic abilities working with an established Agency.  The Marketing Manager will build brand awareness and lead the marketing and communications strategies to retain and build on our dominant position within the South West. The successful candidate will work with high performing Sales and Property Management staff with the support of the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate would have Real Estate Industry exposure and live locally in the South West or be willing to relocate as initially this Full-Time position will be based at our Margaret River office. An attractive salary package, including a fuel allowance, will be offered to the candidate who is comfortable in a leadership role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Recent Marketing roles with a minimum 5 years experience,
  • Proven skills with driving and reinforcing brand awareness,
  • Up-to-date with managing social media, websites and PR,
  • Promotions and Campaign management, including analytics and reporting,
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills,
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise,
  • Degree level qualifications in either Marketing or similar,
  • WA Drivers Licence and your own transport.

  • Certificate of WA Sales Registration or ability to gain the certificate within 3 months of starting in the role,
