Ken
Preston
- MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ken Preston is the Managing Director of Stocker Preston and has operated in the real estate industry for almost two decades, building the region’s leading real estate agency since 1988.
A member of REIWA, a licensed real estate agent and a licensed auctioneer, Ken spent ten years as the Shire Clerk in Margaret River and returned to the local government arena in 1999 as an Augusta-Margaret River Shire Councillor.
Ken continues to maintain an active interest in community affairs. He has served as chairman of the fundraising committee for the Margaret River Aquatic Centre, a $3M project completed in 1998. He is also a previous president of Landlink Australia and the Margaret River Tennis club and, among many outside interests, Ken lists fishing, swimming and enjoying the fine food and wine of the region.

Jones

Philip Jones (REIWA Accredited Residential Sales Specialist) Margaret River’s resident Welshman, Philip Jones, has been working in the real estate industry for some six years. He is amongst Stocker Preston’s most popular real estate consultants and is particularly knowledgeable in the area of rural and farming properties, having himself farmed at Rosa Brook for eight years prior to a career shift. A father of two, Philip maintains an avid interest in all sports, with a preference for rugby union and horse riding. He is a skilled musician and talented singer, and enjoys good conversation and sharing a drink with friends.

Millar
- PROPERTY CONSULTANT
Susan Millar (REIWA Accredited Residential Sales Specialist) has acquired a wealth of knowledge about the Margaret River region during her 25 years as a resident of the area. Susan has a background in administration, accounting and small business and is a registered sales representative and a member of REIWA.
Susan commenced work with Stocker Preston in 1997 and has had her achievements recognised with the annual Landlink awards and Accreditation with REIWA as a Residential Sales Specialist.
Susan maintains an active interest in the community and lists her hobbies as golf, reading, gardening and enjoying good food and wine with friends.

Bamber

Morena Bamber is a licensed Real Estate Agent & member of REIWA. She attained the Landlink Australia Achievers award for Sales in the category of $5 to $10 million in 2004/2005 and 2005/2006.
Having lived locally for over 10 years and with over 20 years of experience in Sales (including Retail & Hospitality) Morena has become a highly recognised face in Margaret River.
A connoisseur of fine food and wine, a love of the beach and extensive local knowledge has kept Morena devoted to the area. She is also an active member of Margaret River Toastmasters.

Campbell

Peter Campbell moved to Margaret River some thirteen years ago seeking a career change from Bank Management. He quickly established himself within the business community as an owner/operator of two very successful ‘Bussell Highway’ businesses, and witnessed first hand the enormous growth of the region and the ever-increasing number of visitors.
Peter's combined background in banking, business and management has allowed him to manage his own property portfolio of residential and commercial properties and other developments. It has also provided him with the confidence to venture into the cattle industry with his recent purchase of his own working farm at Rosa Glen.
A career in real estate was a natural progression for Peter, where he uses his experience in assisting others to determine their property needs and build their own portfolios.
Peter’s interests include the financial markets, music, motorbikes, gardening and being outdoors with his family.

Galbraith

Shane Galbraith commenced his career in the hospitality industry where, over a ten-year period, his career developed to a managerial capacity within the food and beverage sector.
Shane then made a transition into the area of viticulture, where he obtained specialised skills in the area of land management, product feasibility, vine yields and management skills over a seven year period.
His personal experiences in viticulture, farming and commercial real estate markets within the region, provides Shane with an excellent insight and understanding of the various needs and requirements of property buyers and sellers.

A truly unique upbringing on Rottnest Island set the stage for Mitch’s career on the water. Mitch is known by many for his successful career as an Australian Surfing Champion competing internationally over a decade. He then developed his career as an elite surfing coach and personal trainer for such names such as Taj Burrows and Kelly Slater.
Mitch’s outstanding qualifications and experience in the international surfing industry led him to a senior marketing role with global sports lifestyle brand, Oakley, before following his interest in real estate and entering the industry.
Mitch has lived in Margaret River since the mid 1980’s and his knowledge of the area, as well as the national and international relationships built over a 27-year career provide great advantages to people looking to buy or sell a property in the region. Raelene

Born in the wheatbelt and raised on a
farm, Raelene has always loved country
life and has spent the last 14 years
living in Margaret River. A teacher for
over 16 years, Raelene has overseen
the development of many young people
in both Margaret River and Busselton.
Raelene has handed in her books and
joined Stocker Preston to look after the
community in a different way.
She has decided to take a giant leap into a different career path to work alongside one of the company’s most successful agents, Neville Veitch, as a qualified Property Consultant.
Raelene brings many skills to her new
role from her years of teaching including communication, organisation and research but believes that a child’s optimism is the biggest lesson she takes with her.
With teenage twins of her own and a
supportive husband, Raelene loves being
with people, enjoys playing sport, coaching junior teams and spending time with her family either on the water or camping.
Brian
Webb
- Property Consultant
Brian Webb originally started in real estate during 1990 around Perth’s northern suburbs of Whitfords & Hillarys. He decided to move south and arrived in the town as owner/operator of the Witchy Liquor Store in 1996 before moving into chalet management and wine touring in a Rolls Royce for a few years.
Brian started with Stocker Preston in 2005, where his easy manner and depth of understanding of property and business investments quickly earned him a strong client following.
British-born, he returned to the UK for a year to spend quality time with his family, but has since returned and slipped right back into his role, calling the region very much his home.
With an extremely diverse background that enables him to draw from experience in small business management and ongoing interest in the property industry, Brian excels in assisting people make the right investment or lifestyle choice.

Scott

Bob Scott is one of the many locals who
have seen the Margaret River region
grow into the location it is today. He had followed the surf over four decades ago and moved here at the age of 18, milking cows for local farmers in the early days to pay the bills.
Since then Bob has worked as a
professional fisherman, skippered the Miss Flinders Ferry up the Blackwood River, run the world’s biggest inland dredge, and been an adventure tour operator.
Real estate was something he always
wanted to do and, having over the years
seen the region from all angles - including the sea, the air, from a tourism and farming perspective - there is not much he doesn’t know about the lay of the land and its geography.
Bob and wife Michelle have three sons,
one of whom is still at home completing his final year of High School.

Steve is a career real estate sales executive with over twelve years sales experience and has consistently been the top selling representative for several of the real estate groups with which he has been involved.
Steve originally hails from Mandurah, where, prior to his real estate career, he was a Partner in a successful and well respected Native Plant Nursery and Landscaping Business.
Consequent to the rapid growth of the Mandurah City and region, Steve and his wife Leith, were very keen to re-establish in the more laid back country lifestyle afforded at Margaret River.
Steve and Leith are both active local gym members and water sports participants (surf and ocean kayaks) and also enjoy four wheel drive touring and caravan holidays.

Tanya Hill started in the Property Management department of Stocker Preston in February 1997 and now holds all relevant certificates in Property Management, Advanced Property Management, Strata Management and Commercial Management. Her qualifications and experience saw Tanya quickly rise to the position of Senior Property Manager, where she combines her interpersonal skills with her background in administration and hospitality management, to co-ordinate and manage valuable client investments and a broad tenant portfolio. Tanya has lived in Margaret River for over 22 years and is well qualified to administer within all areas of property management within this region.

O'Connor

Maree O’Connor is a long time resident of Margaret River whose
background reflects over 20 years in the customer and client services
industries.
Her career in customer service and training has led her to management
positions within the entertainment and short-stay industries within
the Margaret River region. Having specialised in the above careers
has ensured that Maree has a high standard and understanding of
customer needs and requirements. Maree sees property management
as a natural progression in her career path from the short-stay
accommodation industry. Singing, reading and grandchildren are
Maree’s main hobbies in her free time.

Mellissa Jackson re-located from Carnarvon to join the Stocker Preston Property Management Team. She is an accredited and experienced Property Manager who has spent most of her career in the Gascoyne Region. Her background has included work within Housing and Transport for the Health Department in the Gascoyne region and she brings strong credentials to the property management team and fully contributes to making the organisation one of the most professional and proficient in the region. Mellissa loves a fast-past work environment and balances her work environment with a strong desire to maintain a quintessential country-based lifestyle.
Alexandra
Stanton
- RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Alexandra brings an international flavour to the Stocker Preston Property Management team.
She was born and bred in Salzburg, Austria, gaining a Masters Degree in English, German Literature and Language whilst also working as a tour guide. Alexandra also spent some time as a teaching assistant in the United States’ University of Minnesota.
Her aptitude for English and love of adventure led her on a vacation to Australia in 2000, where she met her husband and moved back to Salzburg to become an English teacher.
The couple relocated to Margaret River in 2005, and Alexandra adapted her knowledge for English and skills in interpersonal communications to enter into the customer service industry.
After a time in short term accommodation, Alexandra joined Stocker Preston to become a fully qualified Property Manager.
Natalie
Chambers
- STRATA PROPERTY MANAGER
Natalie Chambers has lived locally in the Cowaramup area for the past 18 years and, having worked at local businesses in that time, is a familiar face in the town.
Before taking the position of Property Manager at Stocker Preston’s Cowaramup office, Natalie worked for Silver Chain in Margaret River for over six years as Catering and Domestic Services Supervisor and in a training capacity across all the areas of services. Her refined skills in communication and organisation are well utilised in the property management area and Natalie is poised to manage the growth in the area and the demand on property management services.
