Joe's career in real estate commenced early 2006. It was always his desire to establish himself in the industry and he enjoys working in the town he grew up in. His focus on the 'custome'r and 'service' is of paramount importance to him and he lives by his motto "treat people as you would like to be treated". His achievements to date include being ranked within the Top 5 Sales Consultants of the Stocker Preston company for the 2008/2009 financial year and earning status in REIWA's $8m of Listings Sold in 2008. Having spent his teens surfing along the spectacular South West beaches, he graduated to body boarding at a professional level. Relishing the competition scene, Joe rose to the World No 1 ranking in 2002 and, in the process, won four Australian Championships and ten WA State Titles. With a raw passion for the district and a solid understanding of the evolving property market, Joe brings his successful winning formula and a breath of fresh air to the real estate market.
